Not sure which category fits? Start with what you’re trying to accomplish. We’ll assess whether remote support is a good fit.

A straightforward process

Start with the issue.
Leave with a plan.

Support starts with a conversation, so the work fits your situation.

  1. Tell us what’s happening

Share the device or software, what you expected, and what’s going wrong.

  2. Agree on the approach

We’ll clarify the scope, price, and a session time before paid work begins.

  3. Work through it together

A remote session helps us investigate the issue and work through the agreed steps.

  4. Know what comes next

Get a clear recap of the findings and practical recommendations.

Before we connect

A few useful answers.

Can you help without coming on-site?

Many setup, software, and troubleshooting tasks can start remotely. Physical repairs, cabling, or equipment failures may require someone on-site. We’ll assess that with you before agreeing on the work.

Do I need to buy new equipment?

Not necessarily. We’ll first look at the setup you have. If an upgrade makes sense, you’ll get recommendations tied to your needs and budget.

How much does support cost?

Pricing depends on the issue and scope. Describe what you need, and we’ll agree on the price before paid work starts.

What should I include in my first message?

Include a short description, the device or software name, any error message, and your time zone. Don’t email passwords, access codes, or confidential customer information.

Can I arrange an on-site visit?

We start with remote consultations. Any on-site work would be considered separately after a contract is agreed upon.

Let’s start with your question

What isn’t working?
What could work better?

Tell us a little about it. We’ll review the request and discuss the next step.
